  • Contribute beyond the boundaries of the QA chapter, promoting a testing and quality culture to help build a product that meets our customers' expectations;
  • Define, implement and collect quality metrics and indicators to drive continuous improvement of testing activities;
  • Continuously seek optimization and performance improvements in work processes, always looking for automation opportunities;
  • Propose and participate in relevant technical discussions, researching new test automation tools/frameworks and making technical decisions focused on enhancing platform quality;
  • Plan and execute tests (manual and automated) based on functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Identify issues/risks and develop action plans to avoid or mitigate them;
  • Automate test scenarios and ensure adequate coverage according to the defined strategy, integrating them into execution suites/pipelines;
  • Collect and record bug evidence, support the prioritization process and track resolution to ensure necessary retesting;
  • Mentor less experienced team members on software quality best practices/standards;
  • Act with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, using failures as learning opportunities in a data-driven culture.
