About the role
- We are looking for a Senior Product Owner and, to be a good match, we need you to have:
Requirements
- Complete understanding of the product vision, strategy and roadmap for your specific product or feature.
- A high-level understanding of the product platform's technical architecture and capabilities.
- A deep understanding of customer needs, feedback and behavior related to your product or feature.
- Strong command of product metrics: efficiency, quality, velocity, etc., for your product or feature.
- Contribute to defining and implementing product processes, tools, and methods that optimize the product development lifecycle.
- Share, socialize, and evangelize product best practices with internal and external stakeholders.
- Define, control, and coordinate product initiatives that improve collaboration, communication, and alignment across product teams, both local and international.
- Contribute to identifying product challenges and opportunities within your domain.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (primarily Technical Anchors, but also other Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, etc.) to ensure smooth and consistent product delivery.
- Previous experience with the PIX product and payments (preferred).
- Knowledge of agile methods, SCRUM, or Kanban.
- Previous experience as a Product Manager.
- Previous experience with dashboards and data lakes (preferred).
