About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for support requests via chat and other support channels, ensuring clear communication and follow-up until resolution.
- Investigate issues by analyzing logs, metrics, and SQL queries to identify root causes and propose solutions.
- Escalate cases to other teams when necessary, while ensuring the customer receives a complete and satisfactory experience.
- Document solutions and lessons learned to strengthen the team’s knowledge base.
- Apply targeted fixes in code or the database, and implement small improvements.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools, including initiatives involving AI and chatbots for support.
Requirements
- Solid programming fundamentals.
- Experience with C# and .NET, object-oriented programming, and APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with a sense of urgency and strong communication skills.
- Experience with AWS, microservices, and messaging systems.
