About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for support requests via chat and other support channels, ensuring clear communication and follow-up until resolution.
  • Investigate issues by analyzing logs, metrics, and SQL queries to identify root causes and propose solutions.
  • Escalate cases to other teams when necessary, while ensuring the customer receives a complete and satisfactory experience.
  • Document solutions and lessons learned to strengthen the team’s knowledge base.
  • Apply targeted fixes in code or the database, and implement small improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools, including initiatives involving AI and chatbots for support.

Requirements

  • Solid programming fundamentals.
  • Experience with C# and .NET, object-oriented programming, and APIs.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with a sense of urgency and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with AWS, microservices, and messaging systems.
