About the role
- Define low- and medium-complexity technical solutions for new products
- Map and define dependencies between technical teams for building your team's solutions
- Support the team with technical and business knowledge to carry out their tasks
- Propose and analyze the impact of parameters and modules to be configured in the company's systems
- Map the current state of processes and systems with key business stakeholders and identify improvements
- Validate implemented medium-complexity requirements before delivery
- Analyze requests and adjustments with external vendors and communicate them to the development team
- Assist in gathering business and software requirements from internal and external users, translating them into system solutions
- Assist in preparing business requirements documentation, functional requirements and user stories
Requirements
- Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience implementing Salesforce for Service and Sales (Service Cloud and Sales Cloud)
- Named Credentials, External Services
- Lightning Pages, Record Page Layouts
- Objects, Fields, Roles, Profiles, Sharing
- Automations and Processes (Flows, Approval Processes)
- REST integrations (HTTP), RestResource
- Asynchronous processing (future methods, queueables, batches, scheduled jobs)
- APEX
- LWC, Aura Components, JavaScript, Scratch orgs
- Git, GitLab
- Merge conflict resolution
- Knowledge and application of Clean Code, design patterns and best practices
