About the role
- Plan, execute, monitor and control integration initiatives, programs and projects, ensuring deliveries on time, within scope and meeting quality standards.
- Produce and present status reports in English for executive audiences, highlighting key messages, risks and issues.
- Collaborate with different areas to plan and execute projects, proposing alternatives when necessary.
- Work with the Transformation Office, leading cultural change and driving Agile practices.
- Implement a value-based prioritization methodology for portfolio management.
- Develop strategic presentations and explore scenarios for unstructured requests.
- Influence stakeholders at all levels with clear communication, strategic vision and resilience.
- Work autonomously, identifying when issues need to be escalated.
Requirements
- Experience in Technology for Financial Services.
- Experience in Portfolio Management and complex projects.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
- PMP® and PMI-ACP® certifications.
- Proven track record of delivering complex initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in presentations, Excel, Tableau and Power BI.
- Experience presenting to executive (C-level) audiences.
