About the role

  • Plan, execute, monitor and control integration initiatives, programs and projects, ensuring deliveries on time, within scope and meeting quality standards.
  • Produce and present status reports in English for executive audiences, highlighting key messages, risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with different areas to plan and execute projects, proposing alternatives when necessary.
  • Work with the Transformation Office, leading cultural change and driving Agile practices.
  • Implement a value-based prioritization methodology for portfolio management.
  • Develop strategic presentations and explore scenarios for unstructured requests.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels with clear communication, strategic vision and resilience.
  • Work autonomously, identifying when issues need to be escalated.

Requirements

  • Experience in Technology for Financial Services.
  • Experience in Portfolio Management and complex projects.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
  • PMP® and PMI-ACP® certifications.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in presentations, Excel, Tableau and Power BI.
  • Experience presenting to executive (C-level) audiences.
