About the role
- Maintain the quality management system according to IFS 7, EU Organic Regulation (Bio VO 848/2018) and SMETA
- Perform routine quality assurance checks in production
- Microbiological sampling in production, evaluation and interpretation of results, and practical tasks in quality assurance and quality management
- Maintain various data including nutritional values, recipes and specifications
- Analyze and follow up on internal audits and site inspections
- Coordinate and follow up on laboratory analyses
- Create and monitor corrective and improvement actions
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Food Technology, Nutritional Science (Ökotrophology) or a comparable program
- Team player with flexibility
- Strong sense of order and cleanliness
