About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement business development strategies and initiatives specifically tailored to the energy and infrastructure team
Manage the preparation and submission of pitches and RFPs
Support the execution of strategic research projects
Prepare and maintain promotional materials
Assist in facilitating internal coordination across departments
Design and implement industry-related initiatives
Coordinate and support routine meetings with partners
Perform and manage projects and other duties as assigned
Direct management of junior team members and participate in their training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a high-performance environment
Demonstrated success working in a highly technical industry
Ability to manage multiple competing workstreams
Exceptional project management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
High proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM systems, market research tools and project management software
Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
Ability to interface professionally with senior client stakeholders and peers
Flexibility and willingness to work additional hours as needed
