About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality technical, professional, and leadership development programs.
Facilitate engaging learning experiences for Professional Staff.
Curate and customize learning content to create targeted, audience-specific learning journeys.
Project manage end-to-end learning initiatives from needs analysis to continuous improvement.
Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to assess learning needs.
Define and track learning metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
Identify and implement opportunities to leverage learning technologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in learning and development, preferably within a professional services, legal, or similarly complex environment.
Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design.
Strong domain knowledge of learning management systems, digital learning platforms, and e-learning authoring tools.
Proven ability to facilitate learning effectively in both virtual and in-person settings.
Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic, creative thinker with a continuous-improvement mindset.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Coach certification preferred.
Proficiency with suite of Microsoft programs.
