About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- A track record of building reporting and analytics infrastructure from scratch, not just working inside someone else's dashboard.
- Comfort moving between SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools, and knowing when each one is the right tool.
- Experience designing and reading A/B tests, and a habit of asking what the test actually proved before acting on it.
- Strong instincts for prioritization.
- Healthcare, finance, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Comfort operating with real ambiguity.
