About the role

  • You are responsible for the development and realization of a market-ready, trend-setting collection
  • Design quality, perfect fit, strong brand identity and commercial focus are equally important to you
  • You present the collection (digitally) together with the Collection Manager
  • You work closely with our international suppliers
  • You engage in continuous, direct market reflection (store checks in major cities, sample purchases, trend analyses, etc.)
  • You inspire, lead and develop the design team with a clear vision and a hands-on mindset
  • As an integral part of the leadership team within the Product Category, you actively shape strategic decisions

Requirements

  • Degree in Fashion Design
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Senior Designer (within a 12-collection cycle)
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong sense of trends, creativity and alignment with our brands
  • Proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Office
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Structured working style and strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently
