About the role

  • You prepare, analyze and independently optimize the monthly reporting for multiple companies
  • You ensure high data quality, consistency and timeliness in reporting
  • You actively contribute to the further development of reporting structures, KPIs and controlling processes
  • You prepare management reports and analyses for external stakeholders
  • You analyze variances (plan vs. actual, forecast), comment on findings and derive concrete recommendations for action
  • You work closely with the accounting team and internal stakeholders
  • You support budget planning, forecasts and ad-hoc analyses

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration or a related field with a focus on Controlling, Finance or Accounting
  • Relevant professional experience in controlling
  • Strong Excel skills; initial experience with BI tools is desirable
  • Experience in extracting, preparing and interpreting business/financial metrics
  • Structured, meticulous working style and strong affinity for numbers
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Very good to fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills
