About the role
- You prepare, analyze and independently optimize the monthly reporting for multiple companies
- You ensure high data quality, consistency and timeliness in reporting
- You actively contribute to the further development of reporting structures, KPIs and controlling processes
- You prepare management reports and analyses for external stakeholders
- You analyze variances (plan vs. actual, forecast), comment on findings and derive concrete recommendations for action
- You work closely with the accounting team and internal stakeholders
- You support budget planning, forecasts and ad-hoc analyses
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration or a related field with a focus on Controlling, Finance or Accounting
- Relevant professional experience in controlling
- Strong Excel skills; initial experience with BI tools is desirable
- Experience in extracting, preparing and interpreting business/financial metrics
- Structured, meticulous working style and strong affinity for numbers
- Team player with strong communication skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Very good to fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills
