About the role

  • You develop and manage the comprehensive influencer strategy to increase brand awareness
  • You are responsible for the annual influencer planning, including budget management
  • You conceive and execute high-quality influencer campaigns and formats with a strong fashion focus
  • You strategically expand our existing influencer network and develop long-term partnerships
  • You manage influencer collaborations end-to-end: briefings, content and shoot concepts, contracts, and asset approvals
  • You coordinate influencer topics in close collaboration with internal teams and manage external partners
  • You plan and oversee influencer content and its distribution according to the marketing plan
  • You analyze performance and impact, produce reports, and derive data-driven optimizations
  • You take on relevant administrative tasks (contracts, controlling, logistics)

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in influencer marketing and social media
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and collaborations
  • Strong communication skills and a keen interest in networking
  • Creativity and an affinity for influencer marketing and social media, with a good sense for fashion and lifestyle brands
  • Structured working style and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
