About the role

  • You independently prepare, analyze and optimize monthly reporting for multiple legal entities
  • You ensure high data quality, consistency and timeliness in reporting
  • You actively contribute to the further development of reporting structures, KPIs and controlling processes
  • You prepare management reports and analyses for external stakeholders
  • You analyze variances (plan vs. actual, forecast), provide commentary and derive concrete recommendations for action
  • You work closely with the accounting team and internal stakeholders
  • You support budget planning, forecasts and ad-hoc analyses

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field with a focus on controlling/finance
  • Relevant professional experience in controlling
  • Strong Excel skills and initial experience with BI tools desirable
  • Experience in analyzing, preparing and interpreting business/financial KPIs
  • Structured, meticulous working style and strong numerical affinity
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Fluent German (C1) and good English skills
