About the role

  • You ensure that everything runs smoothly at Simplicity — from cash flows to digital processes that make everything simpler and more transparent
  • Together with the team, you manage the day-to-day accounts receivable operations in the B2C area — including receivables management and debt collection
  • Innovation is a priority — we use modern tools to make processes more efficient
  • You independently and reliably maintain and manage master data in the ERP system
  • You support the team during year-end closing tasks
  • You critically review existing processes and actively participate in projects and optimizations
  • You work in a trusting team that supports one another and enjoys their work

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on Finance/Accounting
  • Professional experience in financial accounting
  • Digital affinity and confident use of modern accounting tools
  • High degree of personal responsibility combined with a structured and precise way of working
  • Strong analytical skills, process-oriented and business-minded thinking, and a high level of customer orientation
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written (at least B2 level)
