About the role

  • You will take on responsibility and leadership to consistently provide the optimal shopping experience
  • You will manage all store-floor tasks (staff, merchandise handling, visual merchandising, brand presentation, processes and organization), work hands-on and lead by example

Requirements

  • You already have some leadership experience in (fashion) retail, enjoy being a role model and know how to promote teamwork
  • With your positive attitude you bring our dynamic environment of customers, merchandise and promotions into balance
  • Even when things are busy, you keep an overview of activities and always keep the customer and her shopping experience in mind
  • Your clear communication guides your team, provides confidence and motivates
  • You are highly organized and optimize processes and workflows
  • Working with KPIs, digital systems & tools is familiar to you and you enjoy it
  • Very good German skills; additional languages are a plus
