About the role

  • As part of the trainee program, you will gain experience across various e‑commerce areas, e.g., CRM, online marketing, buying & planning, content & campaign, shop performance, and marketplaces
  • You will help design an innovative customer journey with us to position our brands perfectly at every online touchpoint
  • You will get to know our latest tools and systems, work with metrics and data-driven methods, and stay close to our products
  • You will collaborate on equal terms with relevant colleagues, leaders and sparring partners
  • You will learn both the full spectrum of operational day-to-day business and the strategic projects and objectives

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics/Information Systems, Business Administration with a digital focus, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial industry-related practical experience, e.g., through internships or working-student positions
  • Ideally, first experience in areas such as UX optimization, feature development, A/B testing, and an interest in SQL and data-driven work
  • Digital skills and a desire to further develop them (Excel, Google Analytics)
  • Initiative, a high level of commitment and flexibility
  • Curiosity, strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Passion for working in e-commerce
