About the role

  • You support our outlet teams on site across all areas (service and customer advising, merchandise management, visual merchandising, people management and development)
  • You will temporarily assume operational store management as required
  • You continuously monitor our sales targets and all relevant KPIs, coordinate appropriate measures where needed and implement initiatives
  • You support the enforcement of company standards and actively lead by example
  • You maintain close, proactive communication with various stakeholders (e.g., off-price management, IT, logistics, HR)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in area management within the fashion sector, including people leadership
  • Strong expertise in visual merchandising and experience handling large merchandise volumes
  • Solid analytical knowledge of common retail KPIs
  • A hands-on personality demonstrating strong organizational skills, team spirit and communication ability (high willingness to travel, valid Class B driving license)
  • Strong sense of style and identification with our collections to ensure a “perfect match” with our brand world
