About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As the Business Development Salesperson, you will be the tip of the spear for our growth strategy.
- You will leverage your industry expertise and connections to originate new business and secure management contracts across multifamily, industrial, office, retail, mixed-use, and hospitality assets by contacting Landlords/Owners/Trusts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience: 7+ years of elite performance in business development, brokerage, asset management, or property management sales within the commercial real estate sector.
- Network: An extensive, active, and highly leveraged network of owners and key decision-makers in the real estate industry.
- Track Record: A proven, verifiable history of sourcing, negotiating, and closing significant property management assignments.
- Asset Expertise: Deep operational knowledge across multifamily, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, and hospitality sectors.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, high-impact presentation, and elite negotiation skills. The ability to articulate value clearly and persuasively.
- Mindset: A fiercely entrepreneurial spirit with the autonomy to work independently and the drive to crush ambitious growth targets.
- Preferred Background
- Established, high-trust relationships with family offices, private ownership groups, and regional investors.
- A proven preference for and success in working with entrepreneurial ownership groups, navigating fast-paced environments free from institutional bureaucracy.
- Intimate familiarity with property management agreements, sophisticated fee structures, and seamless transition processes.
