Key responsibilities & impact

Anchor the engineering and delivery organization on a large-scale, mission-critical federal IT contract
Report to the Program Manager and collaborate together to meet client requirements
Own the technical health of a complex communications and data management platform
Accountable for technical decisions and delivery outcomes across operations and maintenance
Set architectural direction and lead the Agile Release Train
Ensure every release lands in production secure, accessible, and on schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need

US Citizenship is required
Bachelor's Degree is required
Minimum of 8 years' IT engineering and delivery experience is required
Minimum of 5 years' experience leading multi-team software engineering organizations in a federal IT environment is required
Active or ability to obtain DHS Public Trust clearance is required
This position is fully remote with periodic on-site meetings in the National Capital Region
This position is contingent upon contract award
