About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery of WM, MM, and IM projects
Troubleshoot conflicts between business requirements and standard SAP functionality and recommend alternatives
Provide SAP WM support leadership for Canada
Support global business operations in a shift-based environment
Monitor SAP EDI interfaces, IDocs, and EDI transaction flows
Communicate with customers and manage other resources
Work collaboratively with the team
Work in rotational shifts

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of SAP techno-functional experience
5–7+ years of SAP experience, including S/4HANA and SAP support in a lead role
Strong knowledge of SAP PP, SAP MM/IM, or SAP WM and EDI
Exposure to SAP MM, Inventory Management, or Warehouse Management
Basic knowledge of SAP EDI, including interfaces, IDocs, and EDI transaction flows
Understanding of manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and warehouse business processes
At least 1–2 full life-cycle implementations and support experience
Analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate with customers and manage other resources
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to work rotational shifts
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments
SAP certification in PP, MM, or S/4HANA is an added advantage
Healthcare background is a plus
