Key responsibilities & impact

Support SIT and UAT testing.
Support Cutover and Hypercare besides the SAP Module implementation itself if needed.
Collaborate with the SAP project team and contribute to project success.
Work with senior SAP functional consultants as local focal points for early June until the first monthly closing after the go live for approximately 9 months.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 8-12+ years in SAP FICO functional consulting in manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR.
Experience with S/4HANA Finance innovations.
Knowledge of Accounting "Best Practices" a plus.
In-depth understanding of insurance industry finance processes.
Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation abilities.
Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
Prepare functional specifications and work with ABAP teams for enhancements, user exits, and custom reports.
Lead unit, integration, and UAT testing for FICO various components.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, on global project, and other applicable accounting standards.
Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Identify process improvement opportunities in financial operations and insurance accounting.
