About the role
- Deliver exceptional client service and oversee client engagements
- Provide specialized accounting and industry expertise
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver creative client solutions to complex accounting, tax, and business issues
- Lead, plan, oversee, and execute client engagements
- Connect clients with additional internal or external specialists as needed
- Mentor and coach team members
- Participate in firm growth initiatives and client account development
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of public accounting experience with an emphasis on accounting and tax
- 2+ years as an in-charge or lead advisor in public accounting supporting Agribusiness clients
- CPA license with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed personal charge hour goals and promote efficiency and productivity within the team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to creatively improve and follow processes
- Strong curiosity to fully understand the Agribusiness industry
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, tax and accounting software, and the ability to learn new applications
