Requirements A degree focusing on Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or Marketing is preferred. At least 2 years of outside sales experience. (Roofing experience not required.) Cold Calling/Prospecting experience Customer service oriented. Knowledgeable about the local community in your assigned territory. Ability to climb ladders to rooftops. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet. Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a business development mindset Strong skills in organization, active listening, and sales closing. Good verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening. Authorized to work in the US.
