  • Advise premium clients on private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate advisory matters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Qualified lawyer
  • 3–6 years PQE
  • Strong focus on Private M&A transactions, ideally gained within a leading international firm
  • Experience with clients in the Asset Management & Investment Funds sector is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Desire to be part of a diverse and progressive team
