About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise premium clients on private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate advisory matters
- Work on challenging, complex, high-value and often high-profile transactions
- Handle matters frequently involving an international element
- Work with partners and associates in London, Bristol and internationally
- Contribute to the growing Private Markets team within the UK Corporate practice
- Deliver excellent client service across core sectors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified lawyer
- 3–6 years PQE
- Strong focus on Private M&A transactions, ideally gained within a leading international firm
- Experience with clients in the Asset Management & Investment Funds sector is desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and concisely
- Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Desire to be part of a diverse and progressive team
