About the role
- Full responsibility for project planning, schedule tracking, and delivery of milestones
- Analyze current workflows and establish efficient, scalable processes (e.g., Agile/Scrum)
- Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements from customers and partners, translating them into clear tasks for the team
- Foster communication between AI engineers, C++/Python developers, and non-technical stakeholders
- Occasional travel to partner and customer sites to present progress and clarify requirements
- Create and maintain clear project documentation (KPIs, roadmaps, risk analyses)
Requirements
- Business-fluent English is required; German skills are a plus
- 3–5 years of experience leading technical projects, ideally in automotive, embedded software, or AI
- Proven ability to create, refine, and implement processes in a dynamic environment
- Experience in requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications
- Sufficient technical understanding to grasp software development lifecycles and communicate effectively with AI experts and systems engineers
- Willingness to take on a mix of high-level management and hands-on operational tasks (e.g., creating tickets, refining backlogs)
