About the role

  • Full responsibility for project planning, schedule tracking, and delivery of milestones
  • Analyze current workflows and establish efficient, scalable processes (e.g., Agile/Scrum)
  • Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements from customers and partners, translating them into clear tasks for the team
  • Foster communication between AI engineers, C++/Python developers, and non-technical stakeholders
  • Occasional travel to partner and customer sites to present progress and clarify requirements
  • Create and maintain clear project documentation (KPIs, roadmaps, risk analyses)

Requirements

  • Business-fluent English is required; German skills are a plus
  • 3–5 years of experience leading technical projects, ideally in automotive, embedded software, or AI
  • Proven ability to create, refine, and implement processes in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications
  • Sufficient technical understanding to grasp software development lifecycles and communicate effectively with AI experts and systems engineers
  • Willingness to take on a mix of high-level management and hands-on operational tasks (e.g., creating tickets, refining backlogs)
