About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and build product features end-to-end—from scoping and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment
Work across the stack using Python, Next.js, and TypeScript to develop high-quality, user-facing applications
Collaborate closely with product and design teams
Contribute to AI-driven features (including LLM workflows and agents)
Help shape both the user experience and underlying systems—from authentication to database design

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Full-stack engineering experience across frontend and backend systems
Startup experience; comfortable building quickly in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Ability to own projects end-to-end, from scoping through implementation, testing, and deployment
Willingness to work 40+ hours per week
Experience building or integrating AI agents, LLM workflows, or AI-enabled products
Strong product sense, with a good eye for UX/UI and user-facing design quality
Experience designing secure authentication, authorization, and database systems
Strong proficiency with Python, Next.js, and TypeScript
Experience working on public-facing platforms or production-grade user applications
Preferred: experience with Neo4j and Google Cloud Platform
