About the role
- Support product design across core UI/UX flows such as intake, dashboards, scheduling, and results, from wireframes through high-fidelity designs.
- Design marketing and growth assets across web, email, social, decks, event collateral, and paid ads, with fast iteration and strong visual taste.
- Implement and iterate on landing pages using tools like Framer (or similar), working closely with Product Marketing leadership.
- Maintain and extend the Peak Health design system, including components, templates, and brand consistency across product and marketing surfaces.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Growth to ship quickly, ensuring clean Figma handoffs, tight feedback loops, and QA-level polish.
- Improve conversion through design by iterating on landing pages, funnels, visual storytelling, and information hierarchy.
Requirements
- Experience designing end-to-end product experiences for web or mobile products.
- Strong proficiency with Figma, including component systems and design libraries.
- Ability to move seamlessly from wireframes to high-fidelity mocks.
- Strong visual and UI design skills with a high bar for polish and clarity.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers, including clean handoffs and iteration during implementation.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with rapid feedback cycles.
- Product mindset: ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Experience designing for healthcare, healthtech, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with conversion optimization, funnels, and growth experimentation.
- Experience implementing designs using Framer, Webflow, or similar tools.
- Exposure to design systems at scale.
- Experience working with product marketing or growth teams.
- Interest in longevity, preventative health, or wellness-focused products.
