About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop scalable automation solutions using Automation Anywhere
- Integrate modern AI technologies into business processes
- Analyze, design and optimize business processes with regard to automation potential
- Work closely with business units to develop sustainable automation solutions
- Actively shape the engineering culture and establish sustainable quality standards
- Develop reusable components and technical standards
- Execute and support testing to ensure stable automation solutions
- Ensure stable operation of the automation platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Solid experience in developing technical automation solutions
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere or similar platforms
- Knowledge of process analysis and process modeling
- Experience with programming, scripting or API-based integration (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell)
- Interest in modern technologies in the area of AI and intelligent automation
- Structured, independent and quality-conscious working style
- Analytical mindset and pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams
