About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a trusted guide for RIAs and Investment Advisor Representatives (IARs)
Serve as the main operational liaison for new advisors
Coordinate full onboarding lifecycle, including initial kickoff, timeline tracking, milestone management, and go-live support
Collect, organize, and review client data; prepare advisory documents with high accuracy
Manage the transfer of client accounts and assets, ensuring timely updates from custodians
Proactively identify potential transition roadblocks and resolve issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in advisor onboarding or transitions within the RIA industry
In-depth knowledge of custodial platforms (e.g., Fidelity, Schwab) and RIA operational workflows
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple transitions simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal
Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accountability
Ability to thrive in a client-focused, high-performance culture
