About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a trusted guide for RIAs and Investment Advisor Representatives (IARs)
  • Serve as the main operational liaison for new advisors
  • Coordinate full onboarding lifecycle, including initial kickoff, timeline tracking, milestone management, and go-live support
  • Collect, organize, and review client data; prepare advisory documents with high accuracy
  • Manage the transfer of client accounts and assets, ensuring timely updates from custodians
  • Proactively identify potential transition roadblocks and resolve issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in advisor onboarding or transitions within the RIA industry
  • In-depth knowledge of custodial platforms (e.g., Fidelity, Schwab) and RIA operational workflows
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple transitions simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a client-focused, high-performance culture
