About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in infrastructure and environment architecture planning
  • Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
  • Build and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based environments
  • Optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
  • Troubleshoot production infrastructure, networking, and application delivery issues
  • Support and maintain existing environments
  • Implement infrastructure security best practices, secrets management, and access control
  • Collaborate closely with development teams on infrastructure-related topics
  • Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend new technologies and practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer
  • Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • Good knowledge of YAML pipelines, reusable templates, approval gates, and Azure Repos governance
  • Experience managing Linux and Windows build agents and Azure Artifacts feeds
  • Practical experience with Terraform and/or Ansible
  • Strong scripting skills with Bash and Python or PowerShell
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, OpenSearch, or Elasticsearch
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and application security principles
  • Experience with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management solutions
  • Experience managing TLS certificates and secure infrastructure configurations
  • Understanding of least privilege, network segmentation, and isolated environments
  • Experience troubleshooting production systems and participating in incident response
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • AWS experience with EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, and VPC (a plus)
  • Experience with AI infrastructure or LLM-powered services (a plus)
  • Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs, or Anthropic APIs (a plus)
  • Experience monitoring and supporting AI workloads in production (a plus)
  • Experience integrating AI-related automation into CI/CD pipelines (a plus)
  • Practical use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code (a plus)
  • Knowledge of AI-related data protection and audit logging practices (a plus)
  • Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
