About the role
- Process requests from new clients and collaborate with them to define project scope
- Interact directly with clients to understand their needs and business objectives
- Communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner to clients with varying levels of technical expertise
- Prepare comprehensive business proposals
- Collaborate with internal resource centers to ensure that the proposals align with organizational capabilities and client expectations
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during the initial phases of projects
- Collaborate with internal teams, including architects and stakeholders, to design AI solutions that effectively address client business problems
- Ensure team alignment by clearly communicating solution designs and business goals, enabling smooth project execution and client satisfaction
- Coordinate internal AI adoption and R&D projects
- Consolidate and enhance expertise, knowledge, and solutions within the company in ML and AI
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in program or project management within the software development industry
- At least 1 year of experience working with ML and AI solutions (preferably with Generative AI)
- Ability to conceptualize and design technical solutions at a high level
- Understanding of AI applications and their limitations
- Experience leading teams and managing client relationships during project initiation
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English
- Background or familiarity with the Healthcare industry would be a plus
