About the role
- Leading full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, closing)
- Collaborating with hiring managers on role definition, pipeline calibration, interviewing preparedness, candidate assessment, and decision-making
- Creating and posting vacancies at different professional resources
- Proactively developing and executing candidate-generation strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools
- Monitoring job market
- Taking part in PR events (job fairs, conferences, user groups, etc.)
- Preparing recruitment reports
- Maintaining candidate database
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment at international companies
- Experience in negotiating with management
- Good knowledge of the IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies
- Good skills in candidate search and selection, including direct sourcing
- Good knowledge of full cycle recruitment process
- Comprehensive understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process
- Experience in applying and fine-tuning processes for quick and smooth operation
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
