About the role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and processes
  • Collaborate with embedded firmware engineers, UI specialists, QA, security, and compliance teams to ensure that the requirements can be implemented and tested
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform strategic business decisions
  • Create and present comprehensive reports and presentations to Senior management
  • Mentor Junior business analysts and contribute to the growth of BA expertise within the company
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demo / review sessions
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and management techniques
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, and Power BI)
  • Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to translate high-level ideas into specific requirements with clear acceptance criteria
  • Advanced knowledge of modern trends in web and mobile application development
  • Experience in forming minimum viable product (MVP) requirements
  • Experience working in environments with incomplete or evolving specifications
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
  • Advanced level of English proficiency, both written and verbal
