About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the business end to end: strategy, product direction, go-to-market, team, and results
- Turn existing traction into repeatable, scalable growth on new markets & clients
- Build and lead a strong team with clear ownership and decision-making
- Leverage Sigma Software Group’s ecosystem to the fullest – technical teams, product/design, security/DevOps, legal, finance, partners, and client network
- Be accountable for key business outcomes and performance
- Represent the company with credible storytelling, strong PR presence, and relationship-building with customers, partners, and investors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Entrepreneurs ready for a true CEO seat to own strategy, execution, and results end-to-end
- Proven scaler who has taken a product business beyond early traction
- Strong GTM visionary who can build sales, partnerships, and a repeatable growth engine
- The commercial and financial owner is confident in unit economics and hard trade-offs
- High-autonomy leader who hires well, leads teams, and moves fast with full accountability
- Executive communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Advanced level of English
- WILL BE A PLUS: Strong network within the blockchain/crypto ecosystem
- Experience with regulatory compliance in payments or financial services
- Background in fundraising or investor relations
- Experience with international markets
