About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the estimation process, defining project scope, timelines, and resource requirements for creative, graphic design, and web development projects (WordPress, WebFlow, etc.)
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring all phases are accounted for — from concept to delivery
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Track team effort, project hours, and deliverables to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing specialists, ensuring smooth collaboration
  • Ensure all team members are aligned with project goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Lead and motivate the project team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
  • Foster a positive work environment where team members can collaborate, solve problems, and grow professionally
  • Ensure optimal utilization of team members by assigning tasks based on skills, availability, and project needs
  • Identify potential project risks early on, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks
  • Ensure projects are executed efficiently and delivered within the agreed scope, budget, and timelines
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to recommend optimal solutions that align with client objectives and add value to their business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 4 years of project management experience in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies and tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing stakeholders and aligning team capabilities with client needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes
  • Proven track record of delivering projects aligned with business objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English WILL BE A PLUS
  • Knowledge of design workflows and tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience communicating effectively with design teams
