Senior Business Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on impactful analytics solutions
- Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards
- Integrate diverse data sources
- Support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Validate reporting outputs with business users
- Manage Power BI access permissions and administration processes
- Explore and implement AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to optimize analytics workflows
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives within an Agile squad setup
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI dashboard and report development
- Experience working with data sources such as Snowflake
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience with AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Copilot) - Will be a plus
- Knowledge of additional BI tools or data visualization platforms - Will be a plus
- Understanding of fire and life safety industry data models - Will be a plus
- Experience working in international, distributed teams - Will be a plus
