About the role
- Lead the full business analysis lifecycle from discovery to validation
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions with government representatives and partners
- Translate business and regulatory needs into clear system requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with architects and development teams on solution definition
- Support delivery teams during implementation, testing, and acceptance phases
- Maintain requirements traceability and manage changes
- Contribute to proposals, discovery phases, and project estimations when needed
- Mentor junior and middle analysts
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Proven experience in public sector, GovTech, or other regulated domains
- Experience working with complex enterprise or multi-stakeholder systems
- Strong requirements engineering and documentation skills
- Experience with process modeling (BPMN/UML) and structured analysis approaches
- Understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and data exchange systems
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead BA activities
- WILL BE A PLUS: Experience with EU or donor-funded projects
- Understanding of digital government platforms, registries, or interoperability ecosystems
- Knowledge of PM², PRINCE2, or architecture frameworks
- Consulting or pre-sales experience
