About the role

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 engineers through code reviews, design critiques, career mentorship, and collaboration with integration teams
  • Design and build scalable solutions, balancing production-quality code with rapid PoC development
  • Own sprint planning and quarterly roadmap execution
  • Act as final escalation point for complex technical issues
  • Rapidly learn and implement new technologies, strategically managing technical debt

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong CS fundamentals, OOP, data structures, algorithms
  • Proficiency in Go (preferred) and/or vanilla JavaScript
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience building/maintaining Microservices
  • Proven leadership experience while remaining hands-on
  • Upper-intermediate+ English
  • Experience with dashboard development and/or modern UI frameworks (WILL BE A PLUS)
  • Background in Cybersecurity or AdTech (WILL BE A PLUS)
  • Experience with PCI DSS or other high-security standards (WILL BE A PLUS)
