About the role

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within scope, time, and budget
  • Establish and maintain effective delivery supervision across the portfolio
  • Build and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and growth
  • Select and adapt project management methodologies to fit project needs
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project and/or program management
  • Strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Strong risk management, planning, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Microsoft tools)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and manage complexity
  • Advanced understanding of corporate environments and business objectives
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level.
