About the role
- Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using modern BI solutions
- Implement data models, measures, and SQL transformations to support analytical needs
- Collaborate closely with data engineers and business teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and validity
- Customize BI components and visualizations to address specific business KPIs, metrics, and project requirements
- Conduct data validation, performance tuning, and ensure the scalability of reports and datasets
- Prepare and present regular progress updates, analytical insights, and recommendations to management and stakeholders
- Develop and enforce industry BI standards, documentation, and data governance practices
Requirements
- Comprehensive experience in modern BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Proven ability to design and implement complex analytical dashboards with clear storytelling and actionable insights
- Experience integrating BI tools with multiple data sources (APIs, flat files, cloud storage, etc.)
- Ukrainian - fluent
- English – Upper-Intermediate or higher
