About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the operational workflow of contracts related to new sales orders, amendments, renewals, and vendor agreements.
  • Ensure contracts accurately reflect approved pricing, products, license quantities, services, contract terms, renewal conditions, billing, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate alignments with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations prior to contract execution.
  • Support renewal processes by preparing documentation and monitoring contract timelines.
  • Review vendor contracts, order forms, renewal notices, and other related documents.
  • Identify commercial risks, unusual clauses, renewal obligations, termination rights, payment terms, automatic renewal clauses, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate internal alignments to validate requirements and approvals.
  • Track legal pending items and ensure follow-up among internal teams, clients, vendors, and external counsel.
  • Maintain organized records of legal comments, approved clauses, and negotiation history.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, sales operations, legal operations, paralegal work, or related areas.
  • Experience preparing or managing sales orders, order forms, amendments, renewals, and vendor contracts.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, software, technology, or B2B contracts is a plus.
  • Ability to review contracts, identify relevant commercial terms, and flag items that require legal escalation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience maintaining contract repositories and CRM systems.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Operations, and external legal counsel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contract workflows simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Practical judgment to distinguish routine matters from issues requiring legal review.
  • Experience with SaaS sales processes, software renewals, or subscription contracts.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs.
  • Experience working with external law firms.
  • Paralegal certification or experience in legal operations is a plus.
  • Experience with international contracts or multi-country clients/vendors will be considered a plus.
