About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute outbound prospecting for defined ICP accounts and target personas
  • Engage Maintenance Managers, Reliability Engineers, Operations leaders and SAP or IT stakeholders
  • Run structured, high-activity cadences across multiple channels, such as phone, email and LinkedIn, to generate real conversations
  • Personalize messages according to industry, role and operational context
  • Conduct initial discovery and qualify opportunities for the Sales team
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, webinars and industry events
  • Keep the CRM up to date and ensure organized handoffs to Account Executives
  • Actively participate in training, role-plays and call reviews
  • Work in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product Marketing teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 to 4 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience in inbound and outbound prospecting with demonstrable results
  • Consistent track record of booking qualified meetings that are accepted by the commercial/sales team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Comfortable engaging with technical and operational buyers
  • Receptive to feedback, disciplined and metrics-driven
  • Conversational English
