Sales Development Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute outbound prospecting for defined ICP accounts and target personas
- Engage Maintenance Managers, Reliability Engineers, Operations leaders and SAP or IT stakeholders
- Run structured, high-activity cadences across multiple channels, such as phone, email and LinkedIn, to generate real conversations
- Personalize messages according to industry, role and operational context
- Conduct initial discovery and qualify opportunities for the Sales team
- Follow up on marketing campaigns, webinars and industry events
- Keep the CRM up to date and ensure organized handoffs to Account Executives
- Actively participate in training, role-plays and call reviews
- Work in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product Marketing teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 4 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience in inbound and outbound prospecting with demonstrable results
- Consistent track record of booking qualified meetings that are accepted by the commercial/sales team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Comfortable engaging with technical and operational buyers
- Receptive to feedback, disciplined and metrics-driven
- Conversational English
