Licensed Financial Advisor
SigFigLicensed Financial Advisor at Tandems in the Customer Success Team supporting direct-to-consumer clients. Providing investment advice and leveraging software solutions for B2B product development.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve the investment advisory needs of clients in our direct-to-consumer business
- Build relationships with D2C clients directly and provide product feedback
- Train and coach advisors leveraging our platform through the B2B business
- Manage a client book of business and deploy proactive relationship-building strategies
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by providing ongoing feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial advisor capacity
- Active Series 65 or Series 66 license required
- Experience working in an RIA model is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience supporting advisors in roles involving learning and development or strategic initiatives is a plus
