About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve the investment advisory needs of clients in our direct-to-consumer business
  • Build relationships with D2C clients directly and provide product feedback
  • Train and coach advisors leveraging our platform through the B2B business
  • Manage a client book of business and deploy proactive relationship-building strategies
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by providing ongoing feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial advisor capacity
  • Active Series 65 or Series 66 license required
  • Experience working in an RIA model is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience supporting advisors in roles involving learning and development or strategic initiatives is a plus
