About the role
- You ensure the timely stocking/merchandising of products in your territory according to customer specifications
- Conduct quality checks and initiate corrective measures
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Provide onboarding and training for employees
- Maintain communication with staff, customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Career changers welcome
- Independent, customer- and employee-oriented working style
- Willingness to make decisions and accept responsibility
- Act as a role model and possess strong motivational skills
- Class B driver's license (formerly FS3)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Ideally some practical experience in field sales and in supervising staff
