About the role
- Organizing product shelving/merchandising according to customer specifications
- Recruiting and hiring new employees
- Onboarding and training staff
- Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions
- Communicating with employees, customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Career changers welcome
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to make decisions and be accountable for them
- Act as a role model and strong motivational skills
- Driver’s license Class B (previously FS3)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Practical experience in field sales and/or team leadership preferred
