About the role
- You organize timely merchandise stocking/placement according to customer specifications within your territory
- Carry out quality checks and initiate corrective actions
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Onboard and train employees
- Handle customer complaints and claims management
- Perform administrative tasks while working remotely/in the field
Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Independent, customer- and employee-oriented working style
- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them
- Ability to lead by example and motivate the team
- Class B driver's license (formerly FS3)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus
