About the role
- You organize the on-time merchandising and restocking of products in your area according to customer specifications
- Perform quality checks and initiate corrective actions
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Onboard and train employees
- Communicate with employees, customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed vocational training

- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them
- Lead-by-example attitude and ability to motivate others
- Valid driving license (Class B; formerly FS3)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Ideally, initial practical experience in field sales and in supervising staff
