• Recruiting new employees (brand representatives) on a mini‑job/marginal-employment basis for shelf stocking and merchandising in supermarkets, grocery stores and self‑service department stores
• Conducting onboarding and refresher training on-site at the shelving
• Ongoing communication with our brand representatives, internal office staff and client contacts
• Managing an assigned territory, including assignment staffing and contingency planning
• Ensuring compliance with the allocated budget, including reporting
