About the role
- Organize product merchandising and shelf placement according to client specifications
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Onboard and train employees
- Conduct quality checks and initiate corrective actions
- Communicate with staff, customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed vocational training (or equivalent)
- Career changers welcome
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them
- Act as a role model and motivate others
- Driver's license Class B (formerly FS3)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Practical experience in field sales and/or staff management is a plus
