About the role
- Organize product shelving and merchandising according to customer specifications
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Onboard and train employees
- Conduct quality checks and initiate corrective actions
- Communicate with employees, customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed vocational training

- Valid driving license class B (formerly FS3)

- Practical experience in field sales and/or people management preferred
